This membership allows you to book up to two classes per week.
 
It’s a great choice if you’re ready to make a real difference to your strength and fitness through more regular training and consistent coaching.
 
Public Health England recommends that adults complete strength and balance exercises at least twice per week, alongside aerobic activity.

Train Strong
£180/Month

This membership allows you to book up to three classes per week.
 
It’s ideal if you’re ready to make a noticeable difference to your fitness and to how you look and feel. Training more regularly allows you to build momentum, recover well, and enjoy the results of your hard work sooner.

Live Strong
£240/Month

This membership allows you to book unlimited classes.
