Functional Fitness Class
This class combines resistance and strength training to build a stronger, more toned body, with cardio-based conditioning train your heart and boost endorphins. It’s a complete programme designed to make you feel strong and fit, suitable for all fitness levels.
Classes are male- and female-friendly, with a maximum of 4 participants per session, giving you a PT-style experience without the premium price.
Each session includes:

Base Engine Class
Build your endurance, strength, and overall fitness with this high-intensity, coach-led class. Base Engine combines running, functional movements, strength exercises, and varied cardio conditioning to develop a powerful, repeatable “engine” that keeps you performing at your best.
The class is scalable for all levels, giving you the guidance and support to push your limits safely. Expect a structured session with a warm-up, strength segment, cardio conditioning, and cool-down, all designed to make you feel strong, capable, and energised.

Olympic Weightlifting PT Class
A complete Weightlifting training programme to improve technique, get stronger and continue making PBs in the Snatch, Clean & Jerk. There are 2 oly training days a week. Each one will focus on one of the main lifts Snatch or Clean & Jerkand and related exercises. It will include warm-up, prep work, main lifts and accessory exercises for core strength, joint stability, and injury prevention. Class max capacity 3 people, so you can get the most quality training there is.

One -To-One
One to one is for those who want to work on their individual concerns relating specifically to their body or who have very specific fitness goals.
Training programs will be tailored to your specific needs and goals. 1-2-1 training will push your limits to achieve maximum results, work according to your preferences and evolve with your progress. The exercises will vary time to time to challenge your body and mind and make it more fun. 1-2-1 sessions are entirely personalized and focus just on you.
